You will be responsible for:

  • Takes responsibility and performs staffing / secretarial duties utilizing independent judgment and initiative.

  • Greets employees and visitors professionally and pleasantly

  • Central location for all staffing functions including staff calling out and making arrangements for additional staffing. Maintains the KRONOS system with appropriate information for transferring of staff between departments or any other adjustments. Assure entries are timely and correct

  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all information contained in or pertaining to staffing files.

  • Keeps update files on all office interaction and correspondence. Files all correspondence and records accurately. Maintains files so they are always current and orderly as related to staffing.

  • Performs work independently and demonstrates initiative to complete projects. Exercises independent judgment when communicating, whether in written form or verbally; maintains utmost confidentiality at all times.

  • Demonstrates team effort and flexibility; offers proactive

  • Prioritizes projects and completes within required time

  • Ensures supplies are ordered and maintained for the department

Qualifications

What will you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

  • Hospital and Staffing Experience is preferred
